Heres a quick look at my finds this weekend. I'm sure I'll go back before the weeks out, I know I have a problem, I'm addicted to deals......I always get my blackberries, strawberries and blueberries here and yes they are always fresh. Oh and these fruit snacky thingys are great, when I did the research they seem to have the lease amount of sugar than other fruit snacks. Of course they have sugar but much less.. Happy shopping.

Ahhhh Fashion my first love.......
If you look inside my happy place you'll see endless rows of clothes, shoes and purses. So even though my child care is costing me well over $1000 a month I refuse to look a mess! HA a challenge. So I started my journey to see how I can get expensive fashions for cheap.
Can you believe I found 2pair of these at Once Upon a Child? They were to big but I knew they'd fit them eventually. 7.50 each

Knowledge is power!!
When saving this couldn't be more true!! So I would like to share some clearance info one one of my favorite stores!! Target. Below you will see a copy from my instagram account.
I have also included the markdown schedule so you can plan your trips wisely. So if you know you are going to have to buy summer clothes for the kids go Monday . You can even take if a step further and find out what time they mark down. Usually it's the crack of dawn.
- Also the Target website www.target.com always has the greatest deals. Since we live in Ca I can take advantage of when they mark down the seasonal items and clothes. We have the unfair advantage of just putting a blazer or sweater over a summer dress with tights in the winter. You can also buy for next year.
- Remember if you buy when you need it you spend more. I bought my girls comforters for only 9.98.
- I also get the girls and my youngest boy t-shirts from here often for only $2 when I see them that cheap I buy every size and color and place in a bin in the garage . *Make sure to mark the bin with the size and place in a are you will see everyday. I made this mistake before and missed the size! But they were great shower gifts lol.
- Sign up for target text alerts. I get deals sent to my phone every week and coupons that I can show the cashier my phone no clipping!
- Targets in house brand called UP. I love it. They all are just as good as the name brand stuff. I found this out we we had the twins, I tried their diapers and I love them!!! No rashes or leaks an I save about $10 a box. Can beat that with a stick. I also buy the up Benadryl, diaper rash cream, sanitary napkins, zip lock bags and trash bags. They pretty much have every item, these are just the ones I use the most. *If your sceptic of the meds compare the ingredients they are always the same.
More shopping pointers
Here are a few more pointers that will save you money. When it comes to shopping and saving you can't be lazy , do your research think critically.
- Be willing to shop at Costco or large bulk stores if you can. I would look for deals at stores for canned veggies and thought I was getting a good deal when I found a can for 60 cents. With the twins now I have to think critically, if I buy a big box from Costco and take the price divided by the number of cans in the box I realized they would end up being 24cents!!!
- Know when your stores ads come out. Drug stores such as Rite Aid usually go Sunday to Sunday. Whereas grocery stores go Wednesday to Wednesday .
Call ahead and find out how many come in a case and order the cases you want to ensure they set yours aside. Finally, always ask for a rain check if they are out. They often don't expire!! Sometimes I hold on to them until I find a coupon!!!
Now when I didn't have to pinch penny's like I do now my detergent of choice was always tide . But I discovered these little babys. They actually clean well, and the great news is the drug stores often have them on sale for like 1.79. And you can always find coupons. The last time I bought 6 cases they come 6 to a case (with twins I cant afford to run out) I had the manager save my order while I waited for my coupons. I ordered $1 off coupons for 10cent. They ended up being .89cent each for a total of only 32 before taxes!! I also got the last of it so I asked for a rain check. Its almost time cor a reup!! Rite Aid also has buy one get one free off and on.
On last pointer is don't sleep on Goodwill for house hold items. They often have name brand cleaners, sanitary items and dog care items. They are sealed and brand new. I got products for my swifter wet jet. Those of you who use this know that the refill pads and cleaner is not cheap. Goodwill had then for $ 1 of course I bought all of the cleaner and like 6 of the pads.
